Boston Dynamics' robot named PETMAN was developed for DARPA's, which is getting more humanoid by each day. In it's new creation the robot has two legs a torso, arms and it now can go up stairs , walk on the treadmill and even do some push ups. A modified version of this robot will be used as the government funded equipment for the tracks of DARPA's Robotics Challenge, that only requires teams to develop a software component that looks humanoid.
